1. Service description

SheetRevive is a self-serve spreadsheet cleanup tool that processes CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files locally in your browser. SheetRevive is an assistive tool: it analyzes your spreadsheet, explains the problems it finds, previews proposed changes, and lets you download a cleaned copy without modifying your original file. Paid options provide higher file-size limits and additional workflow features. SheetRevive is operated by Shift Warden LLC.

2. User eligibility

You must be able to lawfully enter into an agreement to use SheetRevive. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. File ownership and authorization

You keep ownership of your files. We do not claim rights to the contents of spreadsheets you process locally. You represent that you have the right to process any file you use withSheetRevive.

4. Output review responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing proposed corrections before applying them. SheetRevive does not guarantee that every issue is detected and does not guarantee that every suggested correction is appropriate for your data. SheetRevive creates a new output and does not modify your original file; you should still keep backups.

5. Unsupported workbook behavior

Formulas are read as cached values and not re-evaluated. Formatting, merged cells, and hidden sheets may not be preserved exactly. Macros and external links are not followed or executed. Macro-enabled workbooks (.xlsm) are not accepted.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or use SheetRevive to violate the law. Automated abuse of paid endpoints may be rate limited or blocked.

7. Paid features

Free cleanup is available without an account. Paid features (SheetRevive Pass and SheetRevive Pro) are governed by the pricing shown at checkout. SheetRevive Pass is 24 hours of access to higher processing limits; you may process multiple spreadsheet jobs during that period. It is not a single-job or single-spreadsheet purchase. We verify the purchased price server-side; client-supplied prices are never trusted. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider; Shift Warden LLC does not store your full card details.

8. Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. You can manage your subscription via the billing portal.

9. Support and email notifications

Support email notifications are operational and transactional only. Email delivery is not guaranteed. Your support case remains accessible through the in-app status lookup using your case number and email or lookup token, regardless of whether email is delivered. You are responsible for maintaining access to any email address you provide and for keeping your case number and lookup token. We do not send marketing email.

10. Refunds

Purchases are generally final once access, credits, entitlements, or digital benefits have been delivered or materially used. Shift Warden LLC may approve refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, failed entitlement delivery, verified technical failures that prevented reasonable use, or other circumstances required by applicable law. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not automatic.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or conduct that harms the service or other users.

12. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

13. Disclaimers

SheetRevive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every file or fix is correct.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shift Warden LLC is not liable for any data loss or damage arising from use of the product. Enforceability of this limitation depends on applicable law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent appropriate and permitted by law, you agree not to hold Shift Warden LLC liable for claims arising from your misuse of the service or your data.
