Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in SheetRevive, please report it responsibly. Do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had an opportunity to investigate and remediate.
Email security reports to support@sheetrevive.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, steps to reproduce. We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable timeframe and to coordinate disclosure of any confirmed fix.
Scope
Reports about the SheetRevive web application, its API routes, payment handling, support system, and admin console are in scope. Please do not attempt to access or modify other users' data, and do not degrade service availability for other users while testing.
What we ask
- Provide enough detail to reproduce and confirm the issue.
- Avoid exfiltrating data or persisting access.
- Give us reasonable time to investigate before any public disclosure.
Bounty
SheetRevive does not currently operate a paid bug bounty program. We do, however, appreciate responsible reports and will credit reporters who wish to be acknowledged when a fix is released.
Privacy
SheetRevive processes spreadsheets locally in your browser for standard cleanup. We do not intentionally store spreadsheet contents on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
